School Report Card SY 2013-2014

I.        INTRODUCTION

    Education is a lifelong process. The pupil’s development in all aspects of learning must be given the paramount attention by teachers and school heads. Academics alone cannot guarantee a holistic development among school children. The educational system must always make every effort to provide children with opportunities that develop their social, physical, practical, intellectual and moral aspects of life necessary for community life and survive in a fast changing and complex society.                       

Sto. Niño Biaan Elementary School adheres to and adapt itself to the DepEd’s

To protect and promote the right of every Filipino to quality, equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education where:
  • Students learn in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, safe, and motivating environment
  • Teachers facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner
  • Administrators and staff, as stewards of the institution, ensure an enabling and supportive environment for effective learning to happen

II.        PRIORITIES
  1. Enhance our linkage with the community, NGOS, LGU, Barangay. Leaders, and other organization to support DepEd programs.
  2. Decrease our Drop-out and Failure statistics in all grade levels.
  3. Increase the schools MPS in the RAT and NAT.
  4. Strengthen our participation in sports, co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
  5. Establish a cooperative, participative school administration with close supervision of teaching and learning instructions.
